Do the CAD job fortape out , including DRC1, LO, DRC2, OPC, DRC3, Dummy, IP merge, LVS; 完成电脑辅助设计工作以达成光罩制作, 包括 DRC1, LO, DRC2, OPC, DRC3, DUMMY, IP 钳入,LVS； 2. Issue the major DRCerror and inform the customer and the related engineer to solve it; 告知主要的 DRC 错误, 并通知工程单位或客户解决之； 3. Run the patterndensity, and offer the data for manufacturing; 计算出 pattern density, 以符合生产线所需； 4. Offer complete CADdocument to the customer; 提供完整电脑辅助设计文件； 5. Solve the customer’sCAD problem; 解决客户所遇到的电脑辅助设计问题； 6. Design thenecessary pattern on the Frame , to make it manufacturable; 在 Frame 上放上必要的结构, 以利生产； 7. Do the necessaryDRC checking on the Frame , to make it error free; 以 DRC 检查 Frame, 使之无误； 8. Before tape out,check the main chip data, to make sure there is no problem; 送资料到光罩公司前, 检查所有的资料, 以确保所有资料正确无误； 9.
